If one of your addons that you are having problems with is 'AwesomeGuildStore' you can go to Place the unzipped missing library folder in the Libs folder. Latest patch disabled them and you have to re-enable them from the addon menu. Also make sure that out-dated addons are enabled in char-selection screen. Check that Minion is installing stuff to the correct location.
